The target is "Plus high-grade atmosphere." The 1PCS large diameter design is the one which excludes a rim and stretches the spokes up to rim's end. It's the wheel which looks larger in diameter and also owns a "plus high-grade atmosphere." The "TS8" is designed to have a rim which has been excluded. On the pierced bearing surface, chrome pierced bolts are adopted, which provides some sophistication for the silver coating. In contrast, the machined rim creates more sophisticated atmosphere by the effect of silver on the pierced bearing surface. Besides, twin spokes extend sharply to the rim part as a design work, which can add a "plus high-grade atmosphere" to the large diameter design.
